HOG Rewards

The VIP program has been specifically designed to reward our loyal customers for purchases and participation. Points will be given for most purchases and some activities. The more you purchase and engage with dealership activities the more points you will accumulate.

Redemption is easy too! You can either go to our rewards site or ask any cashier to assist you in turning your points into Thunder Tower West $$$ via a gift certificate. See any team member for details.

How can customers earn points?

Dealership Events-25 points

Dealership Rides-40 points

Purchase of a new motorcycle-1000 points

Purchase of a pre-owned motorcycle-500 points

Purchase of an Extended Service plan-250 points

Purchase of a maintenance plan-250 points

Earn 1 point for every dollar spent in the dealership on regular priced items

No points for sale or clearance items

TTW HOG Rewards

Everything listed above but 1.5 points for every dollar spent in the dealership---50% more for HOG members

Monthly HOG meeting attendance-25 points

Monthly HOG points rides-25 points

Volunteer at HOG or dealership events-50 points per day

Point Expiration Policy

Points expire One Year from date of activation for regular customers

HOG Rewards expire on the date of TTW HOG membership expiration

Point Redemption

Points are redeemed by the issuance of a gift certificate thru the Rider Rewards web portal. This can be done by accessing thru ThunderTowerWest.com or the dealership.

Gift Certificates expire 30 days after printing, always print the largest certificate first.

Dealer maintains the right to change or modify the Rewards Program at any time and without notice.
