Harley-Davidson® Screamin’ Eagle® Performance Upgrades

The newly updated line of Screamin’ Eagle® performance parts are ready for installation for the new 2017 model year bikes as soon as they roll off the line. Want more out of your SuperLow®? A Stage I air cleaner and exhaust upgrade will give you a boost in torque at the top end. Think your Iron 883™ needs more power? Boost the engine to 110 cubic inches with the Stage IV performance upgrade and hang on tight! The new line of Screamin’ Eagle® performance parts are now EPA compliant in all 50 states and are compatible with a selection of older model bikes. Dyna®, Softail, and Touring Harley-Davidson® motorcycles from 2007 and earlier, as well as Sportster® models from 2014 and later, can all be upgraded with Screamin’ Eagle® performance parts! Harley-Davidson® Milwaukee-Eight™ V-Twin Engine
The Milwaukee-Eight™ V-Twin is the new heart of the Harley-Davidson® touring line! This new engine has been engineered from the ground up using entirely new components so that it can effectively launch the touring family into the future. The Milwaukee-Eight™ has better fuel economy, improved efficiency, superior heat management, and reduced emissions compared to its predecessors, but most importantly, this engine has tons of power! Compared to earlier engines, the Milwaukee-Eight™ has more power through the full RPM range, displaying better acceleration from 0 - 60 mph, and maintaining the same edge in roll on power from 60 - 80 mph. Harley-Davidson® New Touring Suspension
The new Milwaukee-Eight™ engine isn’t the only thing new on the 2017 Touring family motorcycles! Harley-Davidson® has gone back to revamp the suspension on these bikes as well, to ensure that riders have the smoothest, most reliable ride possible. The front end has been equipped with a Showa® Dual Bending Valve fork, while the back end now features tool free pre-load adjustment. The front fork provides a full 117 mm of travel on standard models, and 98 mm of travel on lowered bikes. The pistons both front and rear have been beefed up, so the new touring motorcycles get even dampening performance through the full travel of the suspension.
